Morella House is located in one of South Australias premier wine districts, the Clare Valley. Just a 2 hour drive from Adelaide, it is a perfect get away from the busy lifestyle in the capital city. While Clare is a prominent wine region it is well complemented by local produce, quality restaurants, heritage, cultural and rural experiences, national parks, and art galleries.
There are several natural attractions close by that can be explored like the Spring Gully Conservation Park, Bundaleer Forest and the Riesling trail. There is also the historical Martindale Hall, known for featuring in the classic Australian film "Picnic at Hanging Rock".

Tennis Anyone?
During your stay our tennis court is adjacent to your accommodation. Strictly for guests staying with us.
Outside is your own private BBQ areas and outdoor seating with on site tennis court and plenty of parking.
We are walking distance to Clare, close to the golf club and race course. Of course the wineries are dotted everywhere through the Clare Valley and the Riesling trail starts only 1.5 km from Morella House.
Ours is a non smoking environment.We are an adult retreat and therefore not suitable for children.
Sorry, pets not accepted. Kangaroos are dangerous to new comer animals.
